CHAMPBOAT SERIES RESTRUCTURES
WITH NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM

NASHVILLE, TN: December 1, 2009: ChampBoat Series announced  that it has secured new partners to form a powerful new event management group creating the all new ChampBoat North America. Tom Morales and Jason Ritzen, both of Nashville, have exclusively partnered with current ChampBoat Series owner Michael Schriefer to form a new management team that will produce, manage and market the sport of F1, F2 and F3 powerboat racing well into the future. The new group will strive to enhance existing relationships with teams, events and suppliers and will continue to develop new events, event partners and sponsorships.

Tom Morales of TomKat’s, a leader in the production of premium outdoor event festivals, film and concert event management and world class catering services, also owns and operates several premium restaurants including the famed Loveless Cafe, a Nashville institution since 1951.

Private equity investor and commercial real estate developer Jason Ritzen, of Ritzen Group joins the group with his extensive business and finance experience and will play an integral part in the new business management team.

Michael Schriefer who has been producing premium motorsports events both in automotive and racing industries since 1986, will remain managing partner but will shift his focus on producing events and television production while leading a new sales and marketing team. The group plans to merge outdoor concert festivals with boat racing, creating a value packed entertainment tour for premium sponsor brands.
